By installing and using Nopass AI SEO Master ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Nopass AI SEO Master is a Shopify application that provides AI-powered SEO optimization tools including meta tag generation, alt text creation, blog writing, multilingual optimization, broken link detection, and related services.

You must have an active Shopify store to use our App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published on your store. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will improve search rankings.

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when AI optimization tasks are performed. Unused monthly bonus credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Purchased credits do not expire. All fees are charged through Shopify Billing.

You agree not to use our service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any laws. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in our service.

AI-generated content created for your store belongs to you. Our app, brand, technology, and underlying algorithms remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software.

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the App will be revoked. We may retain anonymized usage data for analytics purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
